一、簡介 Introduction：

通常情況下，證明作品原創性的問題是很難解決的，版權注冊以及版權注冊過程中所涉及到的的信息可有效的避免這類問題。在印度版權是無需強制注冊的，然而考慮到侵權問題，注冊是明智的 。

Copyright need not be registered. However, given the issues of infringement, it is advisable to register. More often than not the issue of proof of originality of the work is difficult to resolve. A copyright registration would negate the need for such proof as the certificate and all the information contained therein is considered sufficient.

二、版權注冊所需信息 Requirements:

1.申請人或代理人的姓名、地址和國籍

Name, address and nationality of the applicant；

2. 作者的姓名、地址和國籍

Name, address and nationality of the author of the work；

3. 申請人對版權的使用用途，如擁有人/持牌人等

The use of copy right registration；

4. 作品名稱

Title of the work；

5. 由作者簽署的聲明書(如與申請人不同)

 A declaration signed by the author (if different from the applicant)；

6. 作品語言  Language of the work；

7. 作品發表出版與否

Whether the work is published or unpublished；

8. 如作品已發表的，發表的年份、國家和出版者的姓名、地址、國籍

 If the work is published, year and country of first publication and name, address and nationality of the published；

9. 出版年份及國家(如有)

Year and countries of subsequent publications, if any；

10. 被授權轉讓或許可使用著作權的其他人的姓名、地址和國籍

Name, address and,nationality of any other person authorized to assign or license the rights in the copyright；

11. 代理授權委托書

Power of attorney for the firm；

12. 該著作的六份原件和三份復印件

Six hard copies of the work and three soft copies；

13. 3 份該作品的刻錄光碟。

3 copies of the program on CD ROMs；

三、版權注冊流程 Registration Procedure:

1.該作品詳細資料以及申請版權申請的提交

The application with complete details and copies of the work is filed;

2:對該作品版權申請進行審查核驗，如官方提出有異議，需要復議并提供相關輔助文件

The application is examined and objections, if any, are raised, or any extra documents required are requested;

3. 復議必須在 30 天內提交

A response has to be filed within 30 days;

4. 如版權相關部門對復議無異議，經版權登記處同意后，由版權局簽發證書

 The certificate is issued by the copyright office after the objections, if any, are removed to the satisfaction of the Copyright Registry;

四、周期 Timeframe:

版權注冊是一個漫長的過程，在沒有任何異議或反對的情況下，在一個直接的案例中獲得

注冊需要大約 24-48 個月。如當局提出任何異議時間順延。

Copy Right Registration is a lengthy process and it takes around 24-48 months to obtain registration in a straight-forward

case, without any objections or oppositions. Delay in case of any objection.
