Obtaining Food Safety and Standards Authority License

一、 FSSAI 簡介 Introduction:

FSSAI 許可證（也稱為食品安全標準局許可證）是開辦餐廳所需的最重要的許可證之一，由 FSSAI（印度食品安全標準局）發放。該許可證不僅僅是一張許可證，也可以作為主管部門的批文，并向客戶保證該餐廳的食品符合印度的食品安全標準。該許可證本質上是給予生產商、貿易商和飯店的唯一 14 位注冊號，強制要求將其印在食品包裝上。消費者可據此確認，該餐廳符合所有安全標準。

The FSSAI license, also known as the Food License is one of the most important licenses required to open a restaurant and is obtained from the FSSAI (Food Safety and Standard Authority of India). This license is not merely a license; on the contrary, it also serves as an approval by the authority and ensures the customers that the food of that particular restaurant affirms to the food safety standards of India. This license is essentially a unique 14 digit registration number that is given to manufactures, traders and restaurants which should mandatorily be

printed on food packages. This confirms your consumers that they are dining at the right place which adhered to all the safety standards.

二、 FSSAI 注冊程序 Procedure：

1:向食品和安全部門提交表 A（申請表），FSSAI 注冊程序隨即啟動。

FSSAI registration is initiated by submitting Form A (application) to food and safety department.

2:該部門可以在申請之日起 7 天內接受或拒絕該申請，并且必須以書面形式將情況告知申請人。

This application can be accepted or it may be rejected by the Department within 7 days from the application date and the fact has to be intimated to the applicant in writing

3:如果申請被接受，該部門將頒發一份帶有注冊號和申請人照片的注冊證書。If the application

is accepted, then the department will grant a registration certificate with the registration number and the photo of the applicant.

4:FBO 應在營業時間里，將注冊證書于營業場所明顯的地方出示 

FBO should prominently display the certificate of registration at the place of business during the business hours.

三、 FSSAI 注冊需提供文件清單 List of Documents required：

1. 表 B –填寫完成并簽字 Form B – completed and signed

2. 識別 FBO 身份的照片 Photo Identity of FBO

3. 場所擁有證明（例如租賃協議）

Proof of possession of premises (eg. Rental Agreement )

4. 合伙契約/公司注冊證書/公司章程等

Partnership Deed / Certificate of Incorporation / Articles of Association, etc

5. 待處理食品清單 List of food products to be dealt with

6. 食品安全管理體系計劃 Food safety management system plan

四、 所需信息 Information Required:

3. 管理者姓名 Name of the Managing Person

4. 管理者地址 Address of the Managing Person3

7. 班次時間安排 Shift Timings
