一、 介紹 Introduction

如果你的餐廳供應酒類，那么必須獲得酒類執照。這可以從當地稅務專員那里得到，表格可

以在相應的州政府網站上找到。擁有這個許可證是非常重要的，因為如果你出售沒有上述許

可證的酒，你可能會招致巨額罰款，也會被迫永久關閉該場所

If your restaurant serves liquor, then procuring the Liquor License is a must. This can be obtained from the Local Excise Commissioner, and the forms are available at the respective State Government websites. Having this license is exceptionally crucial since if you sell liquor without the above-said license, you can incur a huge penalty and also be forced to shut down the premises permanently.

二、 流程 Procedure：

1:所在州的政府網站查找表格 Go to your state government website to find the form.

2: 上述文件應送達有關稅務官員處 Documents mentioned above should be served to the

concerned Excise Officer who inspects the restaurant or the hotel premises.

3:該官員將與酒類管理局提交報告 submit a report to the liquor granting authority.

4: 獲得批準后，申請人必須按照指南提交費用，然后頒發許可證 After the approval, the

applicant has to submit the fees as per the guidelines and then the license is issued.

三、所需文件 Documents：

以下是獲得餐廳或酒吧酒類執照所需的文件清單 Here’s the list of documents required for

getting the Liquor License for a restaurant or bar:

1: 關于餐廳或酒店的法律地位的證明文件，也就是說，無論它是一家公司、合伙公司還是

任何其他類型的機構 Documentary proof regarding the legal status of the restaurant or the

hotel, that is, whether it is a company, partnership firm or any other type of setup；2

2: 證明餐廳或酒店是否合法擁有該地塊 Proof for whether the restaurant or the hotel is in

legal possession of the plot；

3: 驗證餐廳或酒店建筑完工的證書 A certificate that validates the completion of the restaurant

or the hotel building；

4: 地方當局的貿易許可證，即 MCD/NDMC 或其他當局

Trade License from the Local authority, that is, MCD/NDMC or such other authorities；

5: DCP頒發的餐飲注冊證書

Certificate of registration of eating house license issued by the DCP；

6: 關于申請人的所得稅評估和銷售稅評估的證明文件

Documentary proof regarding applicant being an Income Tax Assessment and Sales Tax Assesssment；

7: 來自州消防局的消防許可 NOC from the state Fire Service；
