Annual Audit Service

i. 簡介 Introduction

年度審計，就是會計師事務所根據印度法律規定，對企業一個會計年度的財務報表的合法性和公允性進行審計，并且提供含有審計意見的書面審計報告，每個財務年度將提交至稅務機關。

在印度開辦企業，進行年度審計，有利于規范企業經營，加強企業內控，也有利于向政府展現企業的合法合規經營狀況，預防財稅風險。

Annual audit refers to the accounting firm conduct auditing on the legality and fairness of an enterprise’s financial statements for a fiscal year in accordance with laws and provisions of India, and provide an audit report which contains audit opinion in written form, and then submit it to tax authorities every financial year.

When setting up an enterprise in India, conducting annual audit is beneficial to standardize the operation and strengthen the internal control of company. It also contributes to showing the legitimate and regulatory compliance status of enterprise to the government, as well as preventing financial and tax risks.

ii. 服務內容 Services Content

審計的目的是根據印度財務報告準則，對財務報表是否真實、公平地反映公司情況的表達意見。它將根據印度專業會計的審計準則和道德守則進行。它還包括評估公司管理制定的會計政策和會計計算方法的適當性、合理性。

我們將提交以下報告：

1. 根據《公司法2013》的要求，截至年底的法定審計報告。

2. 內部財務控制報告(如適用) 。

3. 根據所得稅法（1961）進行稅務審計。

The purpose of audit is to express an opinion on whether the financial statements reflect the company's situation in a true and fair manner according to India's financial reporting standards. It will be conducted in accordance with auditing standards and ethical codes for professional accountants in India. It also includes assessing the appropriateness and reasonableness of accounting policies and calculation methods that are fomulated by the company's management.

Upon completion of this engagement, we will submit the following reports:

· Auditors report as of the year end (containing the company’s financial statements);

Letter to the management ( containing the audit result and recommendations).
