二、殼公司收購服務內容 Service Contents

Company name and registration number;

2.  公司注冊地址；

Company registered address;

3.  商業登記證書及編號；

Business registration certificate and No number;

4.  公司注冊系列文件；

Company registration series documents;

5.  殼公司股權轉讓協議；

Shell company equity transfer agreement;

6.  董事理變更（不計入辦理周期）；

Change of director (not counting the processing period);

7.  一年期注冊地址服務及相關文件更名；

One-year renaming of registration address services and related documents;

8.  公司賬戶及網絡銀行（不計入辦理周期）。

Company accounts and online banking (not counting the processing period).
